Green Crew Lawn & Landscape

Green Crew started the summer after my freshman year. What began as weekend lawn jobs with a friend evolved into a full-service landscaping operation generating over $100K in revenue.

We've completed 250+ projects ranging from basic lawn maintenance to complex landscape installations. The business taught me operational excellence, client management, and how to build and lead crews of workers and subcontractors.

Managing cash flow, equipment investments, and seasonal demand fluctuations gave me a practical MBA in small business operations. More importantly, it proved that hard work and systems thinking can turn a simple service into a scalable business.
